Description
Infrastructure-led storytelling whereby spatial design is informed by aviation morphology and BIM modelling. This project explores how aviation engineering logic can inform spatial environments. Structural morphology from jet engines, intake ducts, and topology-optimised aircraft components was translated into a virtual hangar environment integrating infrastructure, circulation, lighting, and human workflow to produce an immersive experience for the viewer. Using BIM modelling, the design treats infrastructure as part of the spatial language rather than a hidden system, interacting with the project’s aviation identity at every level.
